1.Switching up the diet
According to Healthline, foods rich in antioxidants help your body to produce healthy cells, making your skin appear healthier.
Opt for these foods to nourish the skin:
Ensure to hydrate the skin by drinking lots of water (2000ml or 8 large glasses at least) throughout the day, as when you are dehydrated, your skin loses moisture, making it feel drier.
3. Are your showers too hot?
Hot showers can strip the skin of its natural oils making it feel drier, taking warm (not freezing cold either) showers will prevent scalding the skin.
4. Invest in a humidifier
The lack of moisture in the air may be the cause of your dry skin, especially if you spend a lot of time in air-conditioned rooms. A humidifier helps put back moisture into the air helping to retain hydration in the skin.
